Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases on temecula-tech.com.

• Spoofing fixes, security checks and network visits: full refund if you cancel before we start the work. After the work starts, we charge for work already done.
• Breach Watch: cancel anytime by emailing hello@temecula-tech.com; it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment.
• Websites and projects: the deposit and milestone terms in your quote apply. The deposit is refundable until design or build work begins.
• Not happy with delivered work? Tell us within 14 days and we'll fix what's within the agreed scope at no charge.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after we process them.
